Olide-120B Automatic Swing Door Opener Trouble Shooting

  • ERR2, ERR3, ERR4

  1. Controller not get connected with Programmer. Re-start power to check again. Need to replace controller or programmer if still not work. 
  2. Mismatched versions of controllers and hand programmer can also cause errors. It is recommended to replace them with the latest version to resolve the issue.
  • The door stay open not auto close

  1. Open direction is wrong. Power off, then manually open the door in half open, then power on, if the door come close first, the open direction is correct. If the door come open first, need to change open direction by hand programmer in F2 setting;
  2. The 510FW receiver in L mode (If wire with 510FW), need to change the dip switch to M mode; The hold open time is set to "--" infinity, need to adjust to normal value;
  3. Manually open the door too fast and disrupted the normal program.
  • The opener still keep turning even fully closed

The push arm install size and angle is incorrect. Please follow the manual. 

 

  • The door rebounds when closing, and repeats opening and closing

Please try to adjust a bigger hold closing force or disable manual open function by hand programmer. And also check the arm install size and angle is correct.

  • The door is very hard to manually open

Adjust a lower hold closing force.

  • Can not fully closed

Add the end closing force by hand programmer.

 

  • The door sometimes stuck open

Manually open the door too fast and disrupted the normal program. Need to re-start to recover.

 

  • The controller not have power

  1. Check the fuse whether is still good which nearby the power switch;
  2. Check any wires whether get loose;
  3. The controller maybe fault.

 

  • For the double doors synchronization not work properly

  1. Correct double doors wiring as to manual.
  2. Double doors programming as to manual.
  3. Take off the programmers.

 

  • Press button can not release electric strike or lock

  1. Need to make sure the button wire to "Access control" port on controller, not "sensor";
  2. Please check the locks setting in F2 programming whether is correct.
