Five Mode Available
- Automatic mode: the door will open when a sensor is triggered and close after the preset dwell time has elapse(all signal working normal)
- Hold-open-mode: the door will open and remain open until another mode is select
- Lock mode: door will close and remain closed until another mode is select by remote system will lock if there is a E-lock connect to it( in that mode, only remote signal is available)
- Pet mode: For use with pet sensors and when a pet opening width has been set(see below). Will open the door to the pet opening width when any pet sensor is triggered and close after the preset dwell time has elapsed.
- Manual mode: the door can be manually operated, the system will not drive the door.

If the door is hard to open and close manually, the model CASA1 sliding door opener can not be used, the Max. door weight for CASA1 is about 80kg, and pull force is about 30N; If it is convenient, please send me a picture of the door, I'll help you to check which one model can be used. -

My outside push button quit working i need a new one .How do i order it. can you send me a new one its the tall long button . tell what part it will be or if you have a picture

Did you check the battery? If it's new battery, you can try delete the code and re-learning with the door opener.

My outside wireless push button quit working. Put in new batteries. Can it be fixed or new button can be purchased?

I saw there is an option for photocell so I assume then I could set up a temp sensor controller and engineer a way to open at night after temp goes below a set temp?
If the temp sensor have terminals that can connect to the door opener, you can use it.

Do you have a product like this, but can handle a lot of weight? I'm building a sliding countertop and this design will work but it's heavy, probably 300lbs.

Sorry, the door opener can not be used in triple glazed door, the door opener will not work normally. If your door is overlapping door, you need an overlapping door opener;
