Please power off first, after seconds, power on; open the window by remote control, hold the window with your hand when it's opening to the position you want, and then close the window. You can re-open the window to test if it's successful.

(I have 4 questions ) Is there rain sensors that could be purchased that would work on these ?, I have 4 existing skylights, can the remote, control all 4, or does there have to be 4 seperate remotes?, Is the 110 plug converting the power to 24Volt right at the 110 plug intself ?, I have 24 volt already wired to the skylights, Can I just tap into that power source without useing that converter plug ? Yes, there is a wireless rain sensor can work with the window opener, and one rain sensor can work with 4 window openers in the same time. As for the power, yes, the opener itself can converting the power to 24V, it can not directly wiring to 24V power; Actually, each of our window openers can not directly wiring to 24V power, they are converted to 24V power by connecting a receiver or switch. -
