Question: Where is the reserved socket?
Auswer:The socket is reserved on the wall near the motor (the motor has its own power cord 1 meter long), as shown in the figure below. The reserved position shall be prevented from being blocked by the motor.
Question: How many ways do curtains open and close?
Auswer: Two kinds, single or dual.
Users can choose single or dual opening (the most common is dual opening) according to their personal needs.
Question: How many does the curtain box need to be reserved?
Auswer: 10cm reserved for single motor and 20cm reserved for dual motor.
Question: How to determine the track length?
Auswer: Full wall: track length = L- 4cm;
Not full wall: track length = L+ 60cm

I've noticed that the motor in this package is referenced BCM300D-TY, just like the motor used in the Wifi smart curtain (OLIDE WIFI SMART CURTAIN MOTOR) I bought a while ago. Does this mean that the Zigbee motor and the Wifi motor are the same, but they are using a different dongle ? If yes, is it possible to replace the Wifi dongle with a Zigbee dongle ?

No, you can not replace the wifi dongle with a Zigbee dongle; the inside chip of the controller are different. -
2 part question. 1). Is there a weight limit on the blinds that the motor can support? 2). How many runners are included in the package? Can additional runners be purchased?

1). The Max. bearing weight of blinds is 40kg;
2). Per meter is 8pcs runners, 2.2m is 16pcs, 3.2m is 24pcs, etc. It can be added if you need extra -
Are the wall mounts included, or does it only come with ceiling mounts?
2 mounting options, the standard package only includes ceiling mounting brackets, if you need two kinds of mounting accessories, you need to make a note in the order.
