New remote control with larger size, it's convenient to press the button. And the new version of the remote control has an antenna, which can be pulled out when the signal is not good, making the remote control work more stably.

The remote control are pre-encoded to work with the door opener.
Nevertheless,here is the process for encoding the remote with the opener.
1. To delete all codes: Hold the “Encode” button on the component assembly until the buzzer is silent.
2. To pair: Hold the “Encode” button until the buzzer sounds.
• Then press any button on the remote control.
• The buzzer should silence meaning that encoding process is complete.
3. If successful: when the remote control is used the buzzer will sound once,for 2 seconds.
If the buzzer beeps twice,this means that the encoding has failed. Repeat step 2.
4. To open the door momentarily:Press the "Automatic" button once.
Note:A maximum of 30 keychain remotes can be used on any one operator.

Can anyone explained what each point on remotes dose manly the D-reset and E-lock do?

Do you mean the button C: "Lock" and button D: "Reset"?
After pressing the Lock button, the external signal switch and sensor will be locked, and you can only open the door with the remote control or internal signal switch; the Reset key is used to reset the mode of the remote control, for example, if you want to adjust the mode from hold open mode to auto mode, press the reset and then press the auto key, the door will open and close automatically.
Are the buttons on the new OLIDE-120B/DSW120 AUTOMATIC SWING DOOR OPENER REMOTE CONTROL easier to press than the previous version? My son can't press the buttons on the current remote, which makes it useless and the wireless push touch switches are too large for him to keep with his wheelchair and the wireless push switch on the wall stopped working unless you press really hard.
