My door opens and closes and then opens again and keeps repeating.
Hi, please add hold closing force and set the parameter manual open to o:n, can not open manually, to see if it works;
If not, please also check the open direction, you can power off, and manually open the door in half open, then power on. If the door come close first, the open direction is correct. If the door come to open first, you need to change open direction by hand programmer in F2 Setting;

Hi,
First, you can check if there is battery inside, and the battery is good;
The second is confirm if the remote is paired with door opener; If still doesn't work, please check the parameter -- hold open time, if it's set to "--", it's infinity, the remote won't work in this situation.
And the final reason is the signal not good, you can pull out the antenna from the door opener controller. -
